We don’t have a phone line, live chat or office open to visitors. Email lets us check facts properly before we reply.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A price that’s badly out, a tour that no longer runs, a meeting point that has moved, a broken link. Tell us the page address and what’s wrong; a screenshot or a link to the operator’s page helps.
- Questions about our guides. If a comparison or verdict isn’t clear, ask and we’ll explain how we reached it.
- Operators and platforms. If you run a tour we cover and a fact about it is wrong, send us the correct information and a source we can check. We don’t sell placements, rankings or reviews, so please don’t ask — see how we compare tours.
- Privacy requests. Questions about personal data we hold (in practice, only emails you send us) — see our privacy notice.
Response times
We aim to reply within three working days (UK time, Monday to Friday). Corrections that affect prices or safety-related details such as meeting points are dealt with first. We don’t reply to marketing or link-exchange offers.
About an existing booking
We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or a booking agent. When you book through a link on our site, you book directly with GetYourGuide, Headout or Tiqets, and they hold your booking and payment details — we never see them.
So we can’t:
- change dates, times or the number of people;
- cancel a booking or issue a refund;
- resend tickets or confirmation emails;
- contact the operator for you.
For any of these, contact the platform you booked with, using the customer service details in your confirmation email or your account on their website or app. The platform can also put you in touch with the operator on the day if you can’t find your guide or meeting point.
Before you write
If you’re asking about price, availability or what’s included, the booking page on the platform is always more current than we can be — our prices are refreshed once a day, theirs are live.
